Document and download questions

Tell us the document or template name, what you were trying to do and any message you saw. Include your device or browser and the approximate time the issue happened. Explain whether the problem was entering details, reviewing the result, paying or saving a file.

Payment and order queries

When contacting support about a payment, include the order or transaction reference, amount, approximate payment time and a brief description of the problem. Share only the details needed to identify that transaction. Check the existing payment status before making another payment for the same document.

Feedback and corrections

Send the page title and the section that needs attention. Explain the correction or improvement you are suggesting without including private document contents that are unrelated to the issue.

Protect your information

Never send your M-Pesa PIN, password or a one-time security code. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. The links above open your email, telephone or messaging application; this page does not itself submit a support form.
