KenyaDocMaker
Terms of Use
Effective date: 12 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to KenyaDocMaker and its business-document generation, account, storage, payment and download services.
Operator and acceptance
KenyaDocMaker is operated from Nakuru, Kenya. Contact kcserevision17@gmail.com or +254 722 546 300 for support. By using the service, creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account information, keep login details private and notify support of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the law provides otherwise.
The service
KenyaDocMaker provides guided tools for preparing business documents such as invoices, quotations, receipts, delivery notes, purchase orders, LPOs, credit and debit notes, sales orders, vouchers, stock records, work orders, job cards, reminders and statements. Available formats, limits and features depend on the selected plan.
The live Pricing page shows the current price, duration and features before payment. Paid plans are activated after a confirmed M-Pesa payment. Plans do not renew automatically unless KenyaDocMaker clearly introduces and obtains agreement to an automatic-renewal feature in the future.
Your information and documents
You must provide accurate, lawful information and must have authority to use any personal or business information entered. Do not fabricate transactions, approvals, tax details, signatures, qualifications or official records. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, infringement, malware or unlawful activity.
Review before use
Generated documents are editable starting points. Check names, dates, amounts, taxes, calculations, bank or M-Pesa details, references and wording before downloading, printing, signing or sharing. KenyaDocMaker does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice and does not guarantee that a recipient or authority will accept a document.
Payments and delivery
Prices are stated in Kenya shillings unless shown otherwise. Follow the on-screen M-Pesa instructions and approve only the amount displayed. Access is granted after KenyaDocMaker receives successful payment confirmation. A pending, cancelled or failed M-Pesa request does not activate a paid plan.
If payment is confirmed but access or a download fails, contact support with the M-Pesa code, amount, phone number used and approximate payment time. Never send an M-Pesa PIN, website password or one-time security code.
Refunds and cancellations
The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Duplicate payments and unresolved technical failures are reviewed fairly. Successful access or download does not normally qualify for a change-of-mind refund, but nothing in these terms removes any mandatory right or remedy available under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
Permitted use and ownership
You retain responsibility for the information you enter. KenyaDocMaker grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use generated outputs for your own lawful personal or business purposes during the applicable plan. You may edit, print and share completed documents with their intended recipients.
You may not resell access, copy or reverse-engineer the service, extract templates for a competing generator, interfere with security, or use automated methods that overload the website. KenyaDocMaker branding, software, interface and original template system remain protected.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and files usable, but maintenance, networks, devices and third-party services may cause interruptions. Back up important downloads. To the extent permitted by law, KenyaDocMaker is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from incorrect customer entries, recipient rejection or use outside the stated purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address unpaid or reversed transactions. Where practical, the customer will be given an explanation and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when features, prices or legal requirements change. Changes apply from the stated effective date and will not retrospectively reduce a completed customer’s mandatory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Customers retain the right to use lawful complaint and dispute-resolution channels.
