Essential storage used by KenyaDocMaker

KenyaDocMaker and WordPress use essential cookies or storage for:

• document editing, preview or draft continuity;
• remembering necessary interface preferences; and
• payment-request status and preventing duplicate processing.

Blocking essential storage may prevent login, saving, payment confirmation or downloads from working correctly.

Payments and service providers

When you request an M-Pesa payment, Safaricom Daraja processes the phone number, amount and transaction status needed to complete and verify the payment. Website hosting and email-delivery providers may also process limited technical data needed to deliver the service.

Analytics and advertising

KenyaDocMaker does not use cookies to sell personal information. If optional analytics, advertising or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used where consent is required.

Your choices

You can remove or block cookies through browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or stop account, document or payment functions from working. Save important work before clearing browser storage.

Where an optional technology requires consent, you may refuse or withdraw that consent without losing access to essential service functions. Essential storage may still be used where necessary to provide a feature you request or to secure the website.

Retention and updates

Session cookies normally expire when the session ends. Login, security and preference cookies may remain for the period set by WordPress or the relevant feature. Payment and document records stored in the account are governed by the Privacy Policy rather than this notice.
