Subscription questions
Will I receive an editable Word document?
Yes. Business and Pro members can download editable Microsoft Word files as well as professional PDFs.
How quickly is my plan activated?
Your account activates automatically after Safaricom confirms the M-Pesa payment. After confirmation, you are taken to My Documents to create, save and download your documents. Keep the payment window open until confirmation appears.
Do you store my M-Pesa PIN?
No. Your PIN is entered only on the secure M-Pesa prompt on your phone. KenyaDocMaker never asks for or stores it.
Can I use my own logo and business details?
Yes. Add your business profile once and reuse your logo, KRA PIN, contacts and payment details across documents.
Can I review samples before subscribing?
Yes. The premium gallery contains real PDF and Word samples for invoices, quotations, receipts, LPOs, delivery notes and expense vouchers.
What if money is deducted but my plan is not active?
Do not send another payment immediately. Use Check payment status to check the same payment. You can also review Subscription payments in My Documents. If it still needs review, contact support with your M-Pesa reference. Never share your PIN.
Need help with M-Pesa payment?
No prompt? Confirm your Safaricom number, unlock your phone and wait for the prompt. Enter your PIN only on your phone.
Prompt expired or cancelled? If no money was deducted, you can start a new prompt.
Money deducted but access pending? Do not pay again. Check Subscription payments in My Documents, then contact support with your M-Pesa reference if it still needs review. Never send your PIN.
